To give the pastures time to recycle nutrients, we move the herd every 4-5 days. Our cattle will calmly follow the truck, and even the sound of a voice calling them into the next pasture.

Occasionally, it is fun to bring out the horses when we move the herd. Joel and his daughter, Emily, ride 'Peaches' and 'Spirit'. The horses enjoy the work and know exactly what needs to be done. |
