Thundering Hooves ships its frozen, vacuum-packed meats via UPS Ground each Wednesday to anywhere across the Pacific Northwest. Depending on where you live, your order will take one or two days to arrive at your home or business. We use only recyclable and/or reusable packing materials and charge based on the weight of your order. Your order should still be frozen when it arrives. As soon as you receive your order, remove it from the packaging and place in the refrigerator or freezer.

We ship orders every Wednesday. We will make every attempt to keep that schedule, yet holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to the shipping day. In the event a Wednesday shipping day is not possible, we will ship your order the next possible day and contact you about the changes.
Orders placed each week prior to Monday at midnight will be shipped on the Wednesday of that week. Orders placed after Monday evening will not be shipped until the Wednesday of the following week.
For your safety and the quality of your product, we are currently offering shipping only areas within range of 2 day ground service. We hope to add more shipping options for customers who live outside the Pacific Northwest in the future.

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. It is simply $1.25
per lb. for the first 40 lbs. with a minimum fee of $35. Each pound over 40 lbs. is charged at a rate of $ .75 per pound.
